First United's Freedom Checking Account is a checking account package designed especially for those individuals who are looking for a simpler way to bank, no canceled checks or check images to file, plus a free Visa® Check Card.  This is the most economical and convenient checking account available for those who want to eliminate monthly maintenance fees.

Charge for foreign ATM usage is $1.95 per transaction. 
Please note that the debit card ordered with these accounts will be our standard debit card and any check orders submitted with any account will entail free, half orders of our standard checks. You can pay almost anyone! Expedited Payments. Need to pay that bill fast, like "tomorrow" fast? No problem. With Expedited Payments, for a small fee, we'll send your payment electronically or as an overnight check so that you aren't late with your payment!
Telephone Banking. If you need some basic account info, call our telephone banking service, 1-800-218-1014. All you need is an ATM or VISA® Check Card, your PIN and a touch tone phone and you'll have quick access to all you need. Overdraft Protection. Stop in any My Bank location to purchase your official check. eBill. eBills are electronic or web based bills that you can setup to receive within internet banking. Your vendor will continue to send you a bill through their normal methods, but this service allows you to consolidate your bills and pay them through internet banking quickly and easily.
